Carolina Weddings Show Exhibitor Agreement

By submitting payment the exhibitor acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions for participation in the Carolina Weddings Show managed by Felder Family Enterprises, LLC.
Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of exhibitor space and a binding agreement between the exhibitor and Felder Family Enterprises, LLC (dba Carolina Weddings Show). The individual submitting payment affirms they are authorized to act on behalf of the business or organization.
A non-refundable deposit is required at time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the show date. Invoices will be sent primarily via PayPal. Unless otherwise arranged your balance will be automatically charged to the credit card or PayPal account on file. Late payments will incur fees. By submitting payment the exhibitor authorizes Felder Family Enterprises to charge the card or account on file in accordance with these terms.
By submitting payment the exhibitor grants permission to Felder Family Enterprises, LLC to use their business name, logo, and publicly available images including from websites or social media for promotional purposes related to the Carolina Weddings Show. This includes use in advertisements, social media posts, and printed or digital marketing materials.
If the event is canceled postponed or relocated due to circumstances beyond Felder Family Enterprises’ control including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public health restrictions, venue closures, utility failures, labor disruptions, acts of God, or other force majeure, the exhibitor’s registration will automatically transfer to a future Carolina Weddings Show of equal or greater value. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of the event all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. No credit or deferment will be issued for no-shows.
Felder Family Enterprises, LLC including its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay associated with participation in the show. Felder shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Felder Family Enterprises from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, legal fees, or losses arising from their participation, displays, staff, products, services, or conduct during the event.
Exhibitors are solely responsible for their property, displays, and any insurance coverage they deem necessary. Felder Family Enterprises does not provide insurance coverage and is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to exhibitor property.
Felder Family Enterprises does not guarantee a specific number of attendees, leads, or sales. Participation is at the exhibitor’s sole commercial discretion and risk.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in Wake County courts or via arbitration if mutually agreed.
